If you followed the troubleshooting steps but your eSIM still does not work, make sure you are checking the correct eSIM in your phone settings.
Even if you bought only one eSIM from WonderConnect, your phone may still have other eSIMs installed from previous trips or other providers.
To confirm you are troubleshooting the correct eSIM, compare the ICCID number in your phone settings with the ICCID in the WonderConnect app.
The ICCID is the unique number assigned to your eSIM. Labels can be changed, but the ICCID stays the same.
Before repeating APN, roaming, or network selection steps, confirm:
1. The ICCID in your phone settings matches the ICCID in the WonderConnect app.
2. The matching WonderConnect eSIM is turned on.
3. The matching WonderConnect eSIM is selected as the Mobile Data line.
If the ICCID does not match, you are looking at a different SIM or eSIM. Go back to the SIM list and check another eSIM.
Go to instructions on how to check the ICCID
After you identify the correct eSIM, give it the same label in your phone settings and in the WonderConnect app.
If you cannot find any ICCID in your phone settings that matches the ICCID in the WonderConnect app, the eSIM may not be installed on that phone. In this case, check if the eSIM was installed on another device or try installing it again using the QR code or activation codes from your purchase confirmation email.
