Open your purchase confirmation email or log in to your WonderConnect account on a computer, tablet, or another phone.
On the phone where you want to install the eSIM, open the camera and scan the QR code from the other screen.
If you are using an iPhone and the QR code is open on the same phone, try pressing and holding the QR code.
If your iPhone recognizes it, you may see an option to add or install the eSIM without scanning the code from another device.
If you cannot scan the QR code, install the eSIM manually using the activation codes.
You can copy and paste the activation codes from the WonderConnect app, or rewrite them from your purchase confirmation email.
Make sure you enter the codes exactly as shown. If there is an extra space or missing character, the installation may fail.
