Due to an unexpected regulatory change in Kosovo, Kosovo eSIMs and data palns have been removed from sale with immediate effect.
eSIMs and data plans for Kosovo are currently not available for purchase.
Existing Kosovo data plans may stop working.
Regional Balkan packages remain available, however Kosovo is no longer included.
If your Kosovo eSIM is affected, we will process you case and contact you.
No action is required from your side.
