To see your eSIM in the WonderConnect app on a new phone, log in to the app using the same account you used when you bought the eSIM. Use the same email or login method (Google, Apple, Facebook).
An eSIM is linked to your account when you buy it, and it’s linked to a specific phone when you install it. Because of that, installing an eSIM on a phone does not automatically make it appear in the app on that phone.
If you bought the eSIM on one device and installed it on another, you will still see the eSIM status in the app on your original device until you log in to the new device with the same account.
