If you see the message "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user," it means you have to add an APN manually.
On the Access Point Names screen, tap the + icon at the top.
Enter the APN from your eSIM details in the Name field.
Enter the APN from your eSIM details in the APN field.
Save the new APN.
Go back to the list of Access Point Names.
Select the APN you added.
Restart your phone.
After restarting, your phone should be able to connect to a supported local network.
