Where to check: Open your eSIM details and look at the Switching devices section. It shows one of two statuses - Possible or Not possible.
If your eSIM supports moving to another phone
Delete it from your current phone first (see dedicated articles for step-by-step instructions).
Install it on the new phone using the same QR code or activation codes from your original purchase.
An eSIM can only be active on one device at a time, so always remove it from the first phone before installing it on the second.
To track your data usage on the new device, download the WonderConnect app and log in with the same email address you used when purchasing the eSIM. Your eSIM stays linked to the account it was purchased on and can't be transferred to a different account.
If your eSIM works on one device only
It stays on the phone where you first installed it. Even if you delete it, you won't be able to install it on another phone - you'd need to buy a new eSIM for the new device.
