# What email address is my eSIM sent to?

eSIM is sent to the email address linked to your WonderConnect account - the same email you used when you created your account.

We send your eSIM (purchase confirmation email with the QR code) to the email address linked to your WonderConnect account.

**Which email address depends on how you signed up:**

-   **Email**: The email address you entered when you signed up (this is where we also send your login code)
    
-   **Google:** The email address connected to your Google account
    
-   **Facebook:** The email address connected to your Facebook account
    
-   **Apple (Sign in with Apple):**
    
    -   If you shared your email: the email address connected to your Apple Account
        
    -   If you chose Hide My Email: Apple creates a private relay address that automatically forwards to the inbox you selected in your Apple account settings
        

> **Warning:** If you don't remember entering an email address, you likely signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

**Can't find the email?**

Check these folders first: Promotions, Spam/Junk.

## **You can always access your eSIM in your account**

1.  Log in to WonderConnect with the same account you used for the purchase.
    
2.  Go to **Order history.**
    
3.  Find your order and tap **Get the eSIM** (then wait a moment).
    
4.  Open the eSIM details to view the QR code:
    
    -   **In the app:** Home screen > Details
        
    -   **On the website:** Click the eSIM name in the right column under Your eSIMs.
