What email address is my eSIM sent to?

We send your eSIM (purchase confirmation email with the QR code) to the email address linked to your WonderConnect account.

Which email address depends on how you signed up:

• Email: The email address you entered when you signed up (this is where we also send your login code)

• Google: The email address connected to your Google account

• Facebook: The email address connected to your Facebook account

• Apple (Sign in with Apple):

  • If you shared your email: the email address connected to your Apple Account

  • If you chose Hide My Email: Apple creates a private relay address that automatically forwards to the inbox you selected in your Apple account settings

If you don't remember entering an email address, you likely signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Check these folders first: Promotions, Spam/Junk.

You can always access your eSIM in your account

1. Log in to WonderConnect with the same account you used for the purchase.

2. Go to Order history.

3. Find your order and tap Get the eSIM (then wait a moment).

4. Open the eSIM details to view the QR code:

   • In the app: Home screen > Details

   • On the website: Click the eSIM name in the right column under Your eSIMs.
