# Why is my unlimited plan slower?

Find out why your unlimited plan may slow down and how to check when your daily full-speed data allowance renews.

If your unlimited plan has slowed down, you may have used your **daily full-speed data allowance**.

You can still use mobile data, but at a reduced speed until your daily allowance renews. This does not mean your plan has expired.

## How to check your daily allowance

1.  Log in to the **WonderConnect app** or your account on the **website**.
    
2.  Go to **Your eSIMs** and select the eSIM you are using.
    
3.  Below the data-usage bar, check when your **full-speed data allowance renews**.
    
4.  Open **Details** in the app or **eSIM details** on the website to check how many GB of full-speed data your plan includes per day.
    

Your full-speed allowance **renews every 24 hours**, at the time shown. Until then, messaging and maps will generally work, but videos and larger files may take longer to load.
