# How do unlimited data plans work?

Learn how WonderConnect unlimited plans work, including daily full-speed data, reduced speeds, and adding extra days.

An unlimited plan gives you **mobile data for the number of days you buy**. Each day includes a set amount of full-speed data. After you use that amount, you can keep using unlimited data at a reduced speed for the rest of the day.

If your trip lasts longer, you can **top up by buying more days**, either before or after your plan expires. If you top up before it expires, the extra days start when your current plan ends.

## How much full-speed data do I get?

The daily full-speed allowance depends on the country and selected plan. For example, a plan may include **1 GB or 3 GB of full-speed data per day**. Check the plan details before purchasing.

Your **full-speed data allowance renews every 24 hours**. Once you use your allowance, your connection slows down until the next renewal. **There is no daily GB cap on reduced-speed data.**

## What can I do at reduced speed?

Reduced-speed data is generally suitable for sending and receiving messages and checking maps. Photos, videos, and larger files may take longer to load.
