If your unlimited plan has slowed down, you may have used your daily full-speed data allowance.
You can still use mobile data, but at a reduced speed until your daily allowance renews. This does not mean your plan has expired.
How to check your daily allowance
Log in to the WonderConnect app or your account on the website.
Go to Your eSIMs and select the eSIM you are using.
Below the data-usage bar, check when your full-speed data allowance renews.
Open Details in the app or eSIM details on the website to check how many GB of full-speed data your plan includes per day.
Your full-speed allowance renews every 24 hours, at the time shown. Until then, messaging and maps will generally work, but videos and larger files may take longer to load.
If you still have full-speed data available, or your connection remains slow after the allowance renews, please follow the troubleshooting steps.
