Hong Kong
If you are in Hong Kong, please complete eSIM registration using the eSIM registration form. Follow the instructions on the page. The eSIM might not be able to connect without the registration.
Taiwan
If your eSIM Asia is not working, first check these settings on your phone:
Your eSIM is on.
Your eSIM is selected for Mobile Data.
Data Roaming is on for the eSIM.
The network is manually set to Chunghwa.
The APN is set to cmhk.
If these settings are correct and you still cannot connect, you may need to register your eSIM. Complete the same eSIM registration form, then try connecting again.
