If you do not see 5G, first check if 5G is supported for the network your eSIM is using at your destination.
Some WonderConnect eSIMs support 5G only in selected countries or with selected local network operators.
You can check 5G support in the WonderConnect app or on the website.
1. Open your WonderConnect account.
2. Select your eSIM.
3. Open Details.
4. Check the network information and maximum speed.
If 5G is supported, make sure your phone is set to use 5G.
1. Open Settings and go to Mobile Service. On some iPhones, this section may be called Cellular.
2. Tap your eSIM.
3. Tap Voice & Data.
4. Select 5G Auto or 5G On.
If you use 5G Auto, your iPhone may switch between 5G and LTE to save battery. If you select 5G On, your iPhone will try to use 5G whenever it is available.

2. Tap SIMs.
3. Select your eSIM.
4. Tap Preferred network type.
