You can label your eSIM in the WonderConnect app to make it easier to recognize and manage.
In the WonderConnect app, labels help you organize your eSIMs.
If you have more than one eSIM for the same destination, the app will label them automatically. For example:
Germany
Germany 2
Germany 3
This helps you tell similar eSIMs apart in the app. You can always edit the labels.
1. Open the WonderConnect app.
2. Select the eSIM you want to label.
3. Tap Details.
4. Look at the top of the Details screen.
5. Tap Edit on the right side.
If there is no label yet, you will see No label on the left side at the top of the eSIM Details view and Edit on the right side.
If the eSIM already has a label, the label will be visible at the top left of the Details screen, with Edit on the right side.
6. Add or change the label.
7. Save your changes.
Your phone may give eSIM a general name, such as Travel, Mobile Data, Personal, eSIM GO or any other label.
On iPhone, this is a common issue. If you have several eSIMs installed, they can all be automatically labeled with the same name.
For example, if you install 3 eSIMs for 3 different countries and iPhone labels all of them Travel eSIM, it is difficult to tell which eSIM should be turned on in each country.
In this case, check the ICCIDs one by one and compare them with the ICCIDs in the WonderConnect app. After you find the correct eSIM, rename it in your phone settings.
If you name the eSIM in your phone settings with the country name, it is easier to select the correct eSIM for mobile data, enable data roaming, check APN settings, or follow troubleshooting steps.
For example, if your eSIM is for Spain, you can label it Spain WonderConnect in your phone settings.
